Responsibilities of the President of the Tribunal 1. The President of the Tribunal shall direct the judicial business and the administration of the Tribunal. 2. He shall preside at sittings and deliberations in closed session of: - the full court; - the Chamber sitting with five Judges; - any Chamber sitting with three Judges to which he is attached.
