Article 50

Absence of the parties from the hearing The parties' representatives, duly invited to the hearing, shall be required to inform the Registry in good time if they do not wish to be present. Where the representatives of all the parties have stated that they will not be present at the hearing, the Tribunal may decide that the oral procedure is closed.
