Article 6

Text of the act

(Considered status of legislation: 1. April 2008)

With the exception of the President of the Court of First Instance and of the Presidents of the Chambers, the Judges shall rank equally in precedence according to their seniority in office. Where there is equal seniority in office, precedence shall be determined by age. Retiring Judges who are reappointed shall retain their former precedence.
