 Text of the act(Considered status of legislation: 1. April 2008)

Durchführungsmaßnahmen

(1) Jedes Organ passt seine Geschäftsordnung an die Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung an. Diese Anpassungen werden am 3. Dezember 2001 wirksam.

(2) Innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung prüft die Kommission die Vereinbarkeit der Verordnung (EWG, Euratom) Nr. 354/83 des Rates vom 1. Februar 1983 über die Freigabe der historischen Archive der Europäischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft und der Europäischen Atomgemeinschaft(6) mit dieser Verordnung, um zu gewährleisten, dass die Dokumente so umfassend wie möglich aufbewahrt und archiviert werden.

(3) Innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach Inkrafttreten dieser Verordnung prüft die Kommission die Vereinbarkeit der geltenden Vorschriften über den Zugang zu Dokumenten mit dieser Verordnung.
