Verwaltungspraxis in den Organen

(1) Die Organe entwickeln eine gute Verwaltungspraxis, um die Ausübung des durch diese Verordnung gewährleisteten Rechts auf Zugang zu Dokumenten zu erleichtern.

(2) Die Organe errichten einen interinstitutionellen Ausschuss, der bewährte Praktiken prüft, mögliche Konflikte behandelt und künftige Entwicklungen im Bereich des Zugangs der Öffentlichkeit zu Dokumenten erörtert.
